Products and Availability

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or natural differences in gemstones and metals.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend items without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods such as PayPal (if applicable).

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item(s).

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and personalised items (including engraved or bespoke designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where faulty or misdescribed.
We will confirm design details, estimated delivery times, and pricing before proceeding with production.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer UK and international shipping. Delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Pallene Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or engraved jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged through misuse or wear and tear

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Warranties

Our jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or alterations made by third parties.
